Founded in 1971, AFCO Realty is a full-service real estate firm, and it is the "parent company" of AFCO Lodges. 

AFCO Realty has been involved in a number of both very large and smaller transactions through the years.  It has represented a wide range of clients varying from Fortune 500 companies to smaller, local firms and shops.  It has also represented a wide range of company types varying from local retailers and service firms to large, international industrial distributors and manufacturers.  Please click here for a list of representative transactions or representative clients.

AFCO Lodges, LLC, which is affiliated with AFCO Realty, LLC, manages, develops and operates several hotel, industrial and other properties.  In the past five years, AFCO Lodges has developed and owned more than five extended

with a team of professionals who are completely dedicated to serving the best interests of their clients.  Nearly every member of the AFCO Real Estate Team has over 20 years of experience, and the majority also have post graduate degrees and professional designations in their areas of specialization. 

The company has been significantly larger at times, but, over the years, AFCO has philosophically made the conscious decision to keep the staff relatively smaller to limit the team to those individuals who can bring top advice and expertise to the table.
